LILI WRIGHTLili Wright is a third generation interior decorator with 25 years of experience. Classically trained, with a degree in art history from Hampshire College, Amherst, MA., Lili spent the first half of her design career specializing in 18th century finishes and antique restoration. Recognizing the impact of the using toxic materials both on her own health and the environment, Lili began investigating healthy, low impact alternatives. The last 12 years of her design career have been focused on creating "green" awareness on both the east and west coasts as a designer, writer and speaker. Her approach to creating interiors, blending traditional old world materials with modern green technologies, has earned her national recognition and several awards. While based on the west coast, Lili founded and served as co-chair US Green Building Council- Monterey Bay Branch, in addition to other boards focused on sustainability. In 2006, Lili relocated to Philadelphia, PA where she is currently focused on "green" residential design projects on the east coast and France.
